Coconut curry for noodles/pasta, in a sauce pot:

2 heap tbsp besan
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Tumeric
1. Mix besan in a bowl with a little water into a runny paste
2. Bring coconut milk, besan paste, salt & turmeric to a boil & keep stirring
3. Once mixture turns creamy you’re done.
Condiments
Must:
- onions diced and soaked in vinegar
- Nimco spiced chips https://www.google.com/search?q=nimco+spicy+potato+sticks&safe=strict&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjbiYiP_sniAhWlq1kKHQyJBGkQ_AUIECgB&biw=1440&bih=749#imgrc=7gHwaP5DcPSR3M:
If nimco isn’t available miss Vickys jalapeƱo chips are a great substitute!
Optional (I usually add all below):
- green onions
- coriander garnish
- Green peppers (any colour)
- tomatoes
Arrangement
1. Mix coconut curry & noodles … should be like soup with noodles, however I don’t prefer it this way so I coat the noodles with the curry. Similar to the yogurt keema pasta. Noodles absorb the coconut milk mixture
2. Add meat masala on top
3. Add all condiments on top.
Bon Appetit! :D
