Buffalo Chicken Wings
Preheat oven to 425degrees
Bake wings
- 2lb chicken wings (patted dry, no wings tips)
- 1 tbsp veg oil
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
Mix everything, bake on a parchment lined baking tray for about an hour or until cooked through.
Flip Half way
Sauce
In a saucepan, mix:
- 1/3 franks hot sauce
- 4 tbsp cold unsalted butter (about half a stick)
- 3/4 tbsp vinegar
- 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp tabascos auce
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- Pinch of garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Bring to a simmer, whisking on medium heat.
Once wings are cooked through, toss in sauce and serve!
