Buffalo Chicken Wings


Preheat oven to 425degrees

Bake wings

  • 2lb chicken wings (patted dry, no wings tips)
  • 1 tbsp veg oil
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Mix everything, bake on a parchment lined baking tray for about an hour or until cooked through.

Flip Half way


Sauce

In a saucepan, mix:

  • 1/3 franks hot sauce
  • 4 tbsp cold unsalted butter (about half a stick)
  • 3/4 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp tabascos auce
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Bring to a simmer, whisking on medium heat.


Once wings are cooked through, toss in sauce and serve!
