Chicken Spring Rolls

1-2lb Chicken pieces (dark meat)
Boil chicken until cooked through
Shred chicken

In a pot add:
  • 2 tbsps of Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic/ginger
Cook until fragrant, then add:
  • 1/2 cup carrot julienne
  • 1 1/2 green capsicum
  • Add shredded chicken
  • 4-5 cups of shredded green (thinly sliced into shreds)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1-2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • cook for a few
Add slurry:
  • 3-4 tbsps of water
  • 1 tsp of cornstarch

Cook for a few minutes & you’re done.

Wrap your spring rolls & Fry
