Chicken Spring Rolls
1-2lb Chicken pieces (dark meat)
Boil chicken until cooked through
Shred chicken
In a pot add:
- 2 tbsps of Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic/ginger
Cook until fragrant, then add:
- 1/2 cup carrot julienne
- 1 1/2 green capsicum
- Add shredded chicken
- 4-5 cups of shredded green (thinly sliced into shreds)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1-2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- cook for a few
Add slurry:
- 3-4 tbsps of water
- 1 tsp of cornstarch
Cook for a few minutes & you’re done.
Wrap your spring rolls & Fry
